If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within fourteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than fourteen days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. We will accept any returns as long as the merchandise is in sellable condition and is in the original manufacturer packaging.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable or credited unless it is determined that there is defect with a product or our mistake in order. Please email customer service for instructions on returning your order to info@olinkintl.com.
